Our plan for your home
We present your home in the best possible light by drawing attention to it’s key features, creating a balanced and pleasing colour scheme, selecting and placing appropriate furniture and adding in items of interest to help buyers remember your home above all others.
Once the quote is accepted and a date is confirmed, our designers jump into action to plan the perfect look for your home.
On the day of delivery our team will arrive, unload and set up everything to make the house look magic, and ready for your photos and open homes!
Staging includes:
- Design, delivery, installation and removal of staging furniture and accessories by experienced and professional home stagers.
- Hire of staging furniture and accessories for a period up to 8 weeks.
- A complimentary 3D tour of the home with a full stage, which can be used in the marketing campaign.
- An optional 2D Floor Plan of the home.
